Level I: Expanding Dynamics I
We will explore a veritable “charcuterie board” of ways to expand your dancing—Dance to more kinds of music, with more kinds of dancers, more confidently and creatively. Fusion dancing is, at its core, a practice of versatile movement. Come explore texture, quality, shaping, dynamic embrace, and musicality in your dancing!
Level II: Expanding Dynamics II
Same structure as the Level I class, but level adjusted and with the addition of level-oriented material that will refresh and ground you in the dance experience you already have, while stretching your current skill to the next level.
Level III: Get Your Mojo Workin’
Creative fulfillment and magic when you’re dancing, who is she? Break open your dancing and peel back the layers of your habitual movement, so that you can expose your raw creative underbelly. Find the edge of your dancing that challenges and interests you. Bring your questions, geeky fascinations, and desires.
Masterclass:
A tailored experience, designed to meet the dancers in the room where they are. Bring your technical edges, your years of skill, and your beginner’s mind.

Level Up Your Body Awareness
What do technique, strength, and injury proneness have in common? They are all impacted by your subconscious movement habits. The underlying how to the movement, not just the obvious outer action. If you've heard the phrase "work smarter, not harder," you're familiar with the idea. But how do you actually "work smarter"?
This workshop will explore tools for bringing your subconscious movement habits into your awareness—and how to choose new ways of moving that support your climbing goals. You will get personal, practical, hands-on support for understanding the mechanics of the human body and using all of that new information on the wall (and in your cross-training, stretching, etc). Bring your questions, curiosity, desire to expand your climbing experience, and your shoes.
What is Contemporary Alexander Technique?
This work is a practical, kinesthetic, hands-on study of the principles of our innate design, movement, awareness, and habits. Through it, you learn essential tools to make new choices beyond rules, expectations, knowledge, and habitual patterns, resulting in greater access to ease, coordination, and technique.
