In a world overwhelmed by crisis, distraction, and the unwavering pressures of capitalism, it’s becoming more and more difficult to resist the rising numbness and dissociation. Feeling can seem untenable—too big, too exhausting, too much. And yet, feel we must. Our humanity depends on it. Our nervous systems depend on it.

Feel Something is a somatically facilitated dance class designed to awaken, move, and integrate anything we may be pushing down. Using elements from multiple dance lineages and somatic practices, we’ll explore both structured and spontaneous movement to music as a way to metabolize emotion and reclaim presence.

This is not an ecstatic dance class. No dance experience is required. Every body is welcome.

Suggested price: $50 Sliding scale available based on either your need or ability to subsidize class for those who pay less: $25-$75. Suggested price for trans and BIPOC folks: $25
